Registration
We will use the CDS Indico software for registration, abstract submission, and general program agenda.
Please note that completely different system is used for hotel reservation!

To register for the conference, please follow the steps:
- Create an account on our Indico server
- Register for the conference via Indico
The registration will start on February 16, 2009 and will be closed on June 30, 2009.
The deadline for registration has been extended to July 6
The on site registration will start on Wednesday afternoon, July 15 from 3pm on the premises of the Auditorium Maximum

The conference fee includes:
- Admission to the conference sessions
- Conference materials

- Web-published conference proceedings
The conference fee does not include lunches, accommodation, and excursions.
Accompanying persons are entitled to attend the Welcome Reception and Concert.

Any cancellation of the registration must be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat by email

Cancellation made:
- up to Thursday, June 25, 2009 - full refund (minus 100 PLN - handling fee)
- after Thursday, June 25, 2009 - no refund
