The organizers are going to welcome guests with the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, July 15th, at 6.00pm, at the
Auditorium Maximum (conference venue), located at 33 Krupnicza Street.
July 19th (Sunday): Excursions
We recommend five optional excursions (City tour of Cracow, Auschwitz and Birkenau Museum, Wieliczka Salt Mine, Dunajec River
Gorge, The Wooden Architecture Route) for Sunday, the day which is free of scientific sessions.

On Thursday, July 16th and Friday, July 17th (from 8 am to 2 pm) the travel agency representative will be present at

July 20th (Monday evening), 8.00pm: Capella Cracoviensis Concert
All participants of the conference are warmly invited to attend the musical concert of
Capella Cracoviensis, which will be on Monday, July 20th,
at 8.00pm, at the St. Catherine's Church.
"Capella Cracoviensis" is a chamber choir and symphony orchestra playing classical and contemporary music compositions. They perform all over Europe.
The St. Catherine's Church is one of the best examples of Gothic architecture in Poland, is
located at 7 Augustianska Street, in the Kazimierz District.

Ludwig van Beethoven - Sixth symphony "Pastoralna"
July 21st (Tuesday), 7.30pm: The Conference Dinner
The Conference Dinner will take place on Tuesday, July 21st, at 7.30pm, at the
Folwark Zalesie, located in a
picturesque area, with breathtaking views of the Tatra Mountains.
A special bus service will be organized for the Conference Guests.
Departure of buses: 7 Reymonta Street, between 6 pm and 6.15 pm
