Poster session
The conveners of the sessions select submitted abstracts for poster presentation. The conveners may suggest that the abstract for
oral presentation can be presented as a poster. If the author agrees to present the poster, she/he should send a confirmation
to eps2009@ifj.edu.pl
The poster session will be held from Friday, July 17th (morning) till Saturday afternoon, July 18th
at the main conference site (Auditorium Maximum).
The poster should be set up on Thursday afternoon and should be removed on Saturday evening. The authors are kindly asked to be
present at their posters during coffee breaks on Friday (morning and afternoon) and on Saturday (morning).
The posters are to be vertically oriented and should fit within 841mm wide x 1189mm high (DIN A0 format). The poster stands will
be slightly bigger.
There will be no printing service in the Auditorium Maximum!
Therefore, the authors are asked to print the posters beforehand.
