How to book

Please note that the conference registration does not coincide with the hotel registration.

There is a different program for the hotel booking.
All conference participants are requested to make hotel booking through the Jagiellonian University Events Office (BOI) using the COFFEE software.
Please note that the login and password used in the "COFFEE" system are independent of the login and password used in the conference registration system (INDICO).

In order to book your accommodation, please follow the steps:

1. register in the COFFEE system (by clicking the "Register" button, at the bottom of the page),
2. fill in the "Account data" form,
3. fill in the "Personal data" form,
4. after completing the registration, the participants will receive a confirmation of the registration to the given email address
5. then you are requested to send the information regarding:
   • arrival and departure date
   • type of the room
   • name / standard of the hotel
   to the cbin@adm.uj.edu.pl. The Jagiellonian University Events Office will help you with the hotel booking.

Once the reservation is made, the participants will receive a confirmation of the booking to the email address, provided in the registration process.

Any change of reservation or cancellation must be done via e-mail: cbin@adm.uj.edu.pl

The participants will be obliged, within 5 days, to pay the deposit by bank transfer or guarantee the booking by sending the credit card authorization, according to the information provided in the system. The deposit is equal to the cost of the first night.
Booking, not confirmed by the deposit within the time provided, will be cancelled automatically.
The copy of the bank transfer or the credit card authorization form should be sent to: +48126633858 or as an email attachment to: cbin@adm.uj.edu.pl.

Participants, who wish to have an invoice for the hotel, should send the invoice data to: cbin@adm.uj.edu.pl. Please note that the invoices will be issued by the hotels directly.

Information for Mac users!
Because of technical properties of system, there is no possibility to log in to the registration system using Safari browser.
